โ–ถSummary

MAIN GOAL: To promote the benefits of social inclusion and sports practice for pregnant women, thus helping to combat postpartum depression. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 1 - To educate on the benefits of the sport during pregnancy and postpartum. 2SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 2 - To provide tools for sports associations to promote education on the benefits of sport for pregnant and post-pregnancy women and allow them to offer recreational sports activities suitable for combating postpartum depression. ABSTRACT: Project is part of the "Inclusion and Diversity" priority as it promotes social inclusion and equal opportunities, preventing mental illness and social isolation caused by postpartum depression. The project is articulated, constructed, and designed to involve people belonging to different vulnerable groups, such as people with fewer opportunities, who suffer from the existence of social, economic, and geographical barriers. The project aims to promote inclusion in community life, equal opportunities, and access to sports for pregnant women and young mothers, helping to prevent the phenomenon of postpartum depression. Sports during pregnancy have been shown to offer positive effects for the mother and the unborn child. Furthermore, many women wish to continue exercising even during gestation; the interruption of this habit is always a cause of enormous stress. Concetto Danza ASD has invented a workout suitable for pregnant women: the "- 9 + 3" program. It is a path that covers the pregnancy period and the first three years of a child's life. It is divided into 4 phases: 1)Pregnancy: workout for pregnant women; 2) Post Pregnancy: postpartum rehabilitation/workout; 3) Interaction: workout designed to train the parent and to develop the physical mobility of the child; 4) Separation: workout designed to start the separation process to let the child begin independent from the parent and to give them the chances to start an independent sports activity.
