Aim โ— To strengthen the professional skills and competencies of CSOโ€™s, grassroots sportive associations, national and local institutions to monitor, document and report discrimination and racism in grassroots sport in 4 EU countries thanks to common transnational cooperation activities of research, training and networking Specific Objectives โ— To collect, analyse and share the methodologies adopted at local and national level to structuring a monitoring system of discrimination and racism in sport; โ— To strengthen networking at local, national and international level to design a monitoring protocol proposal. โ— To develop, test and disseminate a training module to enhance the professional monitoring and reporting skills of CSOโ€™s operators, sportive operators and institutional representatives. Activities โ— WP.2 Country Desk and qualitative Field Research on discrimination and racism monitoring systems adopted in 4 EU countries โ— WP.3 Online training designing, testing and disseminating specifically aimed to improve monitoring skills among CSOโ€™s, sport and institutional operators โ— WP.4 Networking and campaigning Deliverables/Outputs โ— 4 national reports โ— 1 Eu report โ— 1 international seminar (online) โ— 1 protocol proposal โ— 4 national test trainings (25 participants each) โ— 20 local dissemination events (according to country size) โ— 1 online training module โ— 1 international meeting (online among EU authorities + supporting CSOs) โ— 1 EU campaign to disseminate the online training and the protocol Beneficiaries/Participants โ— 80 stakeholders join the research โ— 60 experts join the international seminar โ— 100 practitioners and trainers test the training module โ— 1200 participants join the local multiplier events โ— 40 representatives of equality bodies and sports organizations take part to the final international meeting Dissemination - an overall outreach of 240k is estimated.
