In-Squads project is a Cooperative Partnership framed under the horizontal priority “Inclusion and Diversity in all fields of education, training, youth and sport” being its main aim to contribute to the social inclusion of children in risk or situation of exclusion through the design and implementation of innovative strategies and practical tools aimed at promoting integration, fighting against intolerance and discrimination and contributing to the integral development of children, through the design and implementation of innovative strategies and practical tools aimed at promoting integration, fighting against intolerance and discrimination and contributing to the integral development of children. With this in mind, the following objectives are proposed for this project: 1. To promote the inclusion of diversity through the socio-sports methodology. 2. To promote the development of socio-emotional and interpersonal skills and resilience through football in children. 3. To train coaches in the socio-sport methodology that University of Seville works, which will complement the sports training they already have. 4. To disseminate the results of the training and programme for replicability and exploitation of results. The main activities of the project will be: • A social work assessment of children in resource-limited settings in the 4 countries that will serves to adapt training methodology to the context • A training for football coaches and social workers in the methodology designed by thevUniversity of Sevilla, framed within the discipline of Sport for Development. • The implementation of a pilot project where socio-sport activities will be carried to help to develop socio-emotional skills in children.
