โ–ถSummary

The ScoreWomen project focuses on the challenges faced by female referees and aims to improve their stress management and decision-making skills. The project specifically targets female referees who work in amateur leagues and are new to the profession and offers a training program that simulates real match conditions using advanced technologies and digital training content. In line with the overall objectives of the Erasmus+ program, it aims to combat sexist stereotypes, improve the practice of football among women and girls, and promote social inclusion and equal opportunities. The project will work on emotional, social, technical, and tactical skills that will enable female referees to perform more safely and effectively on the field. It will also contribute to the training of female managers and leaders and encourage greater collaboration, quality, creativity, and innovation at the level of sports organizations. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
