โ–ถSummary

We are developing an app to help student-athletes effectively manage their academic and sporting commitments. The app will offer self-assessment tools to evaluate strengths and weaknesses, provide improvement suggestions, and offer personalized support. A key feature will be a questionnaire assessing dual career (DC) competences like self-regulation, resilience, and career planning. Periodic self-assessments will help athletes track their progress in real time. Our goal is to create a supportive digital companion, fostering a welcoming space for students regardless of location. To enhance skill development, we will organize workshops that go beyond theory, equipping participants with practical strategies to navigate the challenges of balancing academics and sports. Our commitment extends beyond the appโ€™s launch. Continuous improvement will be driven by user feedback, seminar insights, and real-world testing. This ensures the app evolves to meet students' changing needs. Beyond an app, we are building a global community. Monthly online meetings will allow students to share experiences, discuss challenges, seek advice, and form international connections. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
