The project, Active Balance Gym: Gymnastics for Health and Well-Being, aims to improve physical and mental health among management employees aged 30โ50 by addressing the challenges of sedentary lifestyles and workplace stress. These issues contribute to declining physical activity and increased health risks, including cardiovascular diseases and mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. To tackle these challenges, the project introduces the Adaptive Gymnastic Learning Environment (AGLE), a tailored approach that focuses on enhancing posture, balance, and agility. The project emphasizes innovative practices, such as using gymnastics equipment in order to post some innovative aspect into sport for all in local communities The anticipated impact of the project includes reduced workplace stress, improved physical fitness, and strengthened team dynamics among participants. By aligning with Erasmus+ priorities, the project promotes inclusion and diversity while encouraging healthier lifestyles.
