โ–ถSummary

The project is geared towards instilling a passion for sports among children while fostering a sense of community among teenagers. It commences with a research phase aimed at identifying effective strategies to kindle children's interest in sports and encourage the adoption of healthier lifestyles. From this research, two pivotal docs will emerge: doc1 focused on delineating strategies to augment children's enthusiasm for sports; doc2 tailored to adapt HealthyLifestyle4All program to suit children and their parents. The program will unfold in elementary schools located near clubs that offer regular sports activities for children. It involves weekly contact with a variety of sports to pique the children's interest in regular physical activity. Each child will undergo 12 sessions of sporting activities throughout the program, accessible and inclusive for participants with physical and mental disabilities, culminating in a funny festival event held at a sports club offering regular activities for children. These festivals imbued with a spirit of inclusivity and camaraderie, serve not only as a celebration of the children's achievements but also as a platform to further promote the benefits of leading an active lifestyle. The success of the project hinges on the collective efforts of teachers, coaches, and young athletes. Their unwavering commitment, coupled with the active engagement of the school community, will be instrumental in realizing the program's objectives. Moreover, strategic transnational meetings will be held to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange. In summary, the project endeavors to empower youngsters, promote healthier lifestyles for kids, and strengthen community bonds through the universal language of sports. By instilling a lifelong love for physical activity and fostering a supportive community environment, the project aspires to leave an indelible mark on the lives of participating children and their communities alike. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
