Summary

The H.A.C.K project acknowledges the transformative role of sports in personal and professional development, emphasizing the growing importance of digital skills for athletes. In the post-pandemic era, digital competencies have become essential for navigating the evolving sports landscape, particularly in leveraging social media for fan engagement and sponsorship opportunities. The project aims to equip athletes from Germany, Greece, and Serbia with vital digital skills through a structured training program comprising study visits, seminars, and an educational platform. This integrated approach enhances athletes’ employability, facilitates career transitions, and fosters transnational collaboration within the sports sector. By engaging key stakeholders such as sports organizations and NGOs, the project promotes knowledge exchange and best practice dissemination, ensuring its long-term impact. Ultimately, H.A.C.K empowers athletes to excel in the digital age, strengthening their influence both within and beyond their sporting careers. that is published through this page expresses the views of the project beneficiaries only and it does not represent the views of the European Union or the European Commission.
