The main goal of the project was to contribute to the inclusion of low-qualified adults into educational programmes, especially into blended learning programmes. By doing so, lifelong learning is promoted and adults are supported in staying competitive on the labour market. Specific objectives of the project were: - to highlight the fact that the prejudice that low-skilled learners are not able to participate in blended learning is still existing, and to counter this prejudice - to raise awareness that not only digital skills are necessary for successfully participating in blended learning, but also different cognitive skills - to promote positive attitudes towards blended learning - to support adult learners in developing the skills needed for blended learning - to motivate low-skilled adults to participate in continuing education - to support trainers in training low-qualified learners in blended learning mode - to provide trainers with recommendations and tools for their work with low-skilled learners
