▶Objectives
We aimed to bridge the digital divide during job onboarding for vulnerable groups, particularly young unemployed individuals without academic backgrounds. We developed and evaluated a training program within work-related sustainability projects. These projects, focusing on sustainability, digitalisation, and innovation, allowed participants to practice course learnings, support self-management, and teamwork, and gain essential sustainability knowledge, which has become increasingly important in job profiles due to initiatives like the Green New Deal.
