ACTION aimed to enrich support in the work-based insertion schemes aimed at low-skilled and vulnerable adults, to improve their social and professional inclusion through upskilling to access sustainable employment. To this end, the project has contributed to the development of the method of work-based training, a form of learning and integration adapted to the targeted groups. ACTION aimed to strengthen, structure and formalise the support provided to these groups, to better define and mentor their career path and lead to sustainable work integration. ACTION thus pursues, as an operational objective, the clarification of the roles and missions of insertion counsellors, by then equipping them for the implementation of these missions, by: - Defining the framework of action for the counsellors (role, missions, practices, etc.) - Providing a structure for the insertion pathway, including the key steps and elements to maximize it - Involving the beneficiary in their journey, so that they can document and capitalise on their progress and pathway - Working on the definition of the beneficiaries’ professional project and job search

(Traduction FR ci-dessous) ACTION focused on the meeting of a consortium of experts in the field of work-based training and insertion, pooling their expertise and experience as well as their local and practical anchoring to emulate pedagogical and methodological innovation, all while involving front-line stakeholders. In order to carry out the project, in addition to the transversal activities relating to project management and implementation, quality control and continuous evaluation as well as dissemination, the partnership produced innovative resources by carrying out various activities (research, meetings, field experiments, creation of tools, etc.) and by soliciting different means and resources, both internally (within the partnership) and externally (in the partners' own networks and by relying on other available resources), allowing constant back and forth with the field. The 4 ACTION Results produced help to offer a wider range of resources that improve the quality of support for low-skilled adults, by providing field professionals with concrete tools and resources to carry out their missions. ***** ACTION a misé sur la rencontre d'un consortium d'experts de terrain de la formation et l’insertion par le travail, mettant en commun leurs expertises et expériences, leur ancrage local et pratique pour émuler de l'innovation pédagogique et méthodologique, le tout en impliquant les acteurs de première ligne. Afin de mener à bien le projet, outre les activités transversales portant sur la coordination et la mise en œuvre, le contrôle qualité et l’évaluation continue du processus, la dissémination et la diffusion des résultats du projet, le partenariat a produit des ressources innovantes en effectuant diverses activités (recherches, rencontres, expérimentations sur terrain, création d’outils, …) et en sollicitant différents moyens et ressources que ce soit en interne (au partenariat) et en externe (dans les réseaux propres des partenaires et en s’appuyant sur d’autres ressources disponibles), permettant des allers-retours constants avec le terrain. Les 4 résultats ACTION participent à offrir un plus large éventail de ressources qui permettent d’améliorer la qualité de l’accompagnement des publics peu qualifiés, en outillant concrètement les professionnels de terrain pour mener à bien leurs missions.

(Traduction FR ci-dessous) The ACTION project aimed to help 'insertion counsellors' (professionals supporting reinserted workers and learners) by: - Formalising the procedures for supervising the integration process of the target group - 'Pedagogising' their approach, by equipping them for positioning, monitoring and (self-)assessing the skills acquired by the reinserted workers - Providing recommendations for career guidance and sustainable integration of the target group into the labour market in order to promote their transition and sustainable inclusion - Promoting work-based learning Through its implementation, the project followed a global logic, responding to the issues raised by the project and delivering 4 main results responding to the challenges identified above: - Result 1, Profile of the insertion counsellor, which clarifies the role and the framework of action of the support implemented in the targeted insertion structures. This resource clarifies the profile, objectives and missions and good practices related to the role of insertion counsellor. Once this role has been clarified, the following results constitute tools for the realisation of the identified missions: - Result 2, Guide of the insertion pathway, presents the key stages and determining elements of the integration pathway, delivers inspiring practices for implementing them and provides access to an online repository of 30+ concrete tools to be mobilised for support. It serves as a guide for the counsellors, to better organise the mission by delivering advice and ideas to fuel the daily work. - Result 3, Insertion worker’s logbook, is a practical tool for beneficiaries, to be used on a daily basis to monitor, document and maximise their integration process and capitalise on the support provided to them - Result 4, Toolbox for job coaching, brings together 12 resources (tools, methods, practices) to support beneficiaries towards sustainable employment, according to several dimensions of support to be implemented by the counsellors: definition of the project, preparation of the job search, active search, support in employment, removal of obstacles to employment Through the production of these resources, ACTION makes it possible to strengthen, structure and improve the support offered to the target audiences, by developing the methodology of work-based training/integration as an appropriate response to the needs of the target group. All project deliverables are freely available in 3 languages (FR, IT, EN), including on the project website (www.projectaction.eu) and the Erasmus+ platform of project results. ***** Le projet ACTION a visé à aider les « accompagnateurs d’insertion » (professionnels de l’accompagnement et l’encadrement des publics en insertion) en : - Formalisant les procédures d’encadrement du parcours d’insertion du public-cible, - « Pédagogisant » leur approche, en les outillant notamment pour le positionnement, le suivi et l’(auto)évaluation des compétences acquises par les travailleurs en insertion - Fournissant des recommandations pour la guidance professionnelle et l’intégration durable du public-cible sur le marché de l’emploi afin d’y favoriser leur transition et leur inclusion durable - Promouvant l’apprentissage par le travail Au travers de sa mise en œuvre, le projet a suivi une logique globale, répondant aux problématiques soulevées par le projet et livrant 4 résultats principaux répondant aux enjeux identifiés ci-dessus : - Le Résultat 1, Profil de l’accompagnateur d’insertion, qui clarifie le rôle et le cadre d’action de l’accompagnement mis en œuvre dans les structures d’insertion visées. Cette ressource permet de clarifier le profil, les objectifs et les missions et les bonnes pratiques liées à la fonction d'accompagnateur en insertion. Une fois cette fonction clarifiée, les résultats qui suivent constituent des outils pour la réalisation des missions identifiées : - Le résultat 2, Guide du parcours d’insertion, présente les étapes-clés et les éléments déterminants du parcours d’insertion, livre des pratiques inspirantes pour les mettre en œuvre et donne accès à un répertoire en ligne de 30+ outils concrets à mobiliser pour l’accompagnement. Il sert de guide pour les accompagnateurs, pour mieux organiser les missions, donnant conseils et idées pour alimenter le travail quotidien. - Le résultat 3, Carnet de bord du travailleur en insertion, est un outil pratique pour les bénéficiaires, à mobiliser au quotidien pour suivre, documenter et maximiser leur parcours d’insertion et l’accompagnement qui leur est fourni - Le résultat 4, Boîte à outils pour le job coaching, réunit 12 ressources (outils, méthodes, pratiques) pour accompagner les bénéficiaires vers l’emploi durable, selon plusieurs dimensions de travail à mettre en œuvre par l'accompagnateur : définition du projet, préparation de la recherche d’emploi, recherche active, accompagnement dans l’emploi, levée des freins à l’emploi Par la production des ces ressources, ACTION permet de renforcer, structurer et améliorer l’accompagnement proposé aux publics visés, en développant la méthodologie de la formation/l’insertion par le travail comme réponse adéquate aux besoins du groupe-cible. Tous les livrables du projet sont disponibles librement en 3 langues (FR, IT, EN), notamment sur le site web du projet (www.projectaction.eu) et la plateforme Erasmus+ des résultats de projet.
