We wanted to increase the soft skills of our students. This because we noticed that some of our students had a gap in soft skills here. These soft skills are important to obtain and retain job.

With better soft skills, students would have an easier time in internship placements and later in the workplace. Hard skills we teach them during classes. Soft skills we also try to teach but that is more difficult to work on in school during classes. Soft skills are important in the workplace. Well-developed soft skills make cooperation easier in the workplace. We noticed that our VET students still needed to work on this. We also wanted to develop a guideline/ protocol for a game about soft skills. We wanted to develop a survey to measure their self-confidence before and after a project meeting and we wanted to develop a small game about soft skills.
