▶Objectives
Digital transformation is increasingly entering the education and training system, which can take advantage of its benefits and opportunities. However, there is a need for effective management of the risks of digital transformation, including the risk of digital divide between urban and rural areas, where some people can benefit more than others. The digital transformation in education is driven by advances in connectivity, the widespread use of devices and digital applications, the need for personal flexibility and the ever-growing demand for digital skills. In an attempt to cover the main objectives of the Erasmus + Program and the main documents of the European Union the objectives on which the project proposal is based can be summarized as follows: • Creating conditions for transformation in the curricula of VET institutions in order to adapt to the changing environment and the requirements of the labor market; • Analyzing the common needs of different target groups in the field of education and training; • Capacity building of the organizations participating in the project proposal for work in an international environment; • Interaction between actors in different sectors who have common interests of change.
▶Activities
In order to reach the project objectives and deliver the planned results the project workflow consisted of two sets of activities by the partnership: Horizontal activities (managerial, administrative, dissemination to secure smooth partnership collaboration, quality of outputs and results, and outreach of results and outcomes) - Internal Communication Strategy based on ICT tools, - Face-to-face Transnational Project Meetings, followed by minutes in order to monitor the progress towards the objectives of the project within set time limits and take corrective measures, as and when appropriate. -Drafting, presenting and adopting a Project Management Plan, including a work plan with specific activities and deadlines. - Drafting the Consortium Agreement; this will be signed by all involved partners and will rule on procedures, obligations of each partner and relationships among the consortium members. - Coordinating the overall financial and administrative activities, while taking under consideration the overall adherence to the financial budgets. - Processing all administrative and technical or financial information into periodic and final reports in compliance to the European Commission criteria. - Quality Management and Evaluation activities throughout all phases of the project (preparation, implementation, follow-up, dissemination, completion) - Development of Quality Management and Evaluation tools for the assessment of both project and consortium related activities and procedures, as well as quality and impact of outputs and results. - Communication and Dissemination activities i.e. • Target groups identification and segmentation alongside analysis of their information needs • Identification and setting-up of multiple channels of communication and dissemination • Targeted communication through selected channels according to target group, as needed • Liaison activities towards potential synergies with relevant actors and stakeholders • Planning, design, evaluation and refinement of publicity activities Implementation activities (securing the delivery of project outcomes for the target groups and theirdirect involvement in the development and finalisation phases of deliverables and outcomes) Project Results activities as demonstarted in the section Project Results: Activities towards delivering the Methodological framework for jobseekers and entrepreneurs for work in Virtual and Augmented Reality(PR1) - Overall methodology and tools for the analysis - Quantitative and qualitative primary research accounting for targeted primary data by involving jobseekers - Development of methodological framework Activities towards delivering the Handbook for working in VR and AR environment (PR2) -Development of the VRAR handbook Activities towards filming Training Video Tutorials on VR and AR (PR3) - Preparation of training materials in connection with the presentation of the methodological framework - Preparation of training materials in connection with the presentation of the manual for work Activities' toward organization and conduction of Multiplier events: - One international Webinar - 5 Local Webinars
▶Impact
Implementation activities (securing the delivery of project outcomes for the target groups and their direct involvement in the development and finalisation phases of deliverables and outcomes) Project results were achieved during the project implementation as demonstarted in the section Project Results: Activities towards delivering the Methodological framework with guidelines for job seekers and entrepreneurs in the field of VR AR technologies (PR1) • Overall methodology and tools for the analysis • Quantitative and qualitative primary research accounting for targeted primary data by involving artists • Development of methodological framework Activities towards delivering the Handbook for working with VR and AR technologies (PR2) • Development of the VRAR handbook Activities towards Training video tutorials filming Training video tutorials (PR3) • Preparation of training materials in connection with the presentation of the methodological framework • Filming the training video tutorials The project results described in this way were promoted through the Dissemination Plan, described in detail in the Follow up section. In addition, Multiplier events were organized online. They were an international online webinar that was hosted symbolically by the HRDA. It involved participants from all countries in the project, at with more than 100 people. To complete the project and disseminate the results locally, similar webinars were held in each country, a project partner to present the results with more than 20 participants in each country. One face to face meetings between the partners during the implementation of the project was held, organized by La Oficina in Spain. Profiles of the project were created on SoMe , a training platform withon the project web site in which the Methodology, Handbook and training videos (project results 1,2 and 3) were published in English, as well as the recorded international webinar (the Multiplier event 1).
