Objectives

Most of the project’s intellectual outputs will be maintained post-project to provide open-access resources in multiple languages. A comprehensive Exploitation and Sustainability Strategy will guide this effort, covering the analysis of potential uses, exploitation routes, and target audiences. Each partner have tailored exploitation plans, addressing factors influencing long-term use and sustainability. The outputs, like the BIM teaching approach, will remain valuable for partners' curricula and lifelong learning for AEC professionals, supported by associated organizations. The project web portal will be maintained for at least three years, funded by the promoter’s internal resources. Public outputs will stay accessible under the open-access policy, offering multilingual resources such as BIM teaching materials, student and lecturer guides, workshop guidelines, and short course programs. These resources, along with marketing and assessment tools, will support ongoing use and adaptation. Collaboration among project partners is also expected to continue post-project.

Activities

The following activities were implemented within the project: 1) Project Management: A monitoring and quality assurance strategy with quantitative and qualitative indicators was developed (project management, dissemination, outputs). Questionnaires and financial reports were collected during the project period. Regular online meetings and partnership meetings were held. 2) Development of Outputs: Quantitative (number of lecturers, students, events, website visits) and qualitative (peer review, panel evaluations) indicators were measured. Project outputs, including the BIM teaching approach, were evaluated by partners (feedback from lecturers was collected, and the approach and guide were finalized). 3) Short Courses for Students: Shor courses for Students were realized at each partner institution. Tools for evaluating the courses included satisfaction, competence development, and suggestions for improvement. 4) Multiplier Actions and Dissemination: A dissemination plan was prepared. Guidelines for event preparation and a marketing strategy were developed.
