+ Adult educators reflect on their use of images and are sensitized to recheck images for (un)conscious bias and stereotyping. + Diversity sensitive trainers have access to an image inventory that offers specific pictures related to the target groups of LGBTQI*, women and migrants. + General more diversity in the visual language used for adult education. + Marginalized target groups affected by structural discrimination have better visual representation in adult education and they are addressed directly. + The network(s) of 2Kroner and alp with marginalized groups has been intensified by the exchange activities. A pdf-booklet with 93 selected images to present the categories and stimulate discussion and reflection (bilingual German-English) Learning outcomes for the trainers of the project team: 1. Increased knowledge and awareness of marginalized groups through stimulation and exchange of experiences with trainers and external experts from marginalized groups (e.g. people of colour, lesbians, people with an immigrant background, refugees from war zones) 2. Increased drawing skills through drawing training. 3. Strongly increased technical skills in drawing with the hardware Wacom tablet and the software (GIMP, Krita, Inkscape), including the handling of layers and various drawing tools. General outputs: 1.
