Objectives

The main goal is to promote the use of digital learning tools in existing programs for educationally disadvantaged learners of the project partners, specifically designed for women with a migration background who have basic knowledge of the language of their new country of residence. On the one hand, this aims to make basic education courses, language training, digital courses, or similar programs more engaging and flexible. On the other hand, it supports women with a migration background in coping with digital changes in the participating countries and enhances their participation in a digital society. To achieve this, the status and requirements for implementing the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp) in the four partner countries will be analyzed. Based on the research findings, criteria and guidelines for digital learning will be developed, and digital learning arrangements tailored to the specific needs of the women will be created, tested, and implemented. The pedagogical materials and curriculum developed within the STRENGTH project aim to empower adult education trainers to support women with a migration background in their social and professional inclusion through digital learning.
