▶Objectives
The project was to empower individuals with fewer opportunities—specifically women, immigrants, and long-term unemployed adults—by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and competencies necessary to create and manage social projects that would improve living conditions in their communities. This was achieved through a transnational training environment, which aligned with Erasmus+ priorities such as inclusion, diversity, digital transformation, environmental sustainability, and democratic participation. These objectives were achieved through the creation and dissemination of three intellectual outputs, the organization of training weeks, and sound managerial and communication actions. We successfully: - Provided participants with the know-how to create and manage social and local development projects. - Promoted EU values of inclusion, equity, and innovation. - Empowered local citizens as agents of change and social cohesion. - Shared innovative training ideas for disadvantaged populations. - Promoted equal labor opportunities, especially in project development fields. - Highlighted cultural and social diversity as assets for sustainable social development. - Encouraged technological skills, among women, immigrants, and long-
