The objectives were to: 1. Normalize virtual/blended training within hybrid workplaces by overcoming the lack of engaging e-learning platforms and educational resources. 2. Increase the professional skills of VET and corporate trainers, enriching their profiles with efficient e-leadership skills and digital competences to lead hybrid teams. 3. Focus on the development, retention, and improvement of critical skills for VET/corporate trainers, aligning with the labor market needs and the digital vision of the European Commission, including: • E-leader’s skills and leading virtual teams. • Organizational skills. • Data literacy for digital design and data visualization. • Communication and teamwork skills via ICT. • Creative digital content creation. • Problem-solving skills. • Online safety and basics of data-intensive technologies. The project aimed to support knowledge and skills acquisition by launching a Platform for VET and corporate training which digitally upskills trainers to manage hybrid teams effectively and support skill retaining. It is to provide content authoring functionality, supported by AI technologies. Additionally, the project sought to utilize social learning tools and gamification elements for training.

The project implementation involved a series of carefully planned activities, structured to meet the project's objectives for digital transformation and VET training establishment. These activities included: Needs Verification Report: Served as the foundation for developing the Corporate Trainer Profile, the training backpack, Learning Outcomes, and the training methodology. It included findings from needs analysis, feedback from the target group, and a framework of competences needed by corporate trainers in new business models. Training Methodology Development: A solid training methodology was established for training delivery during and after the project, including a Memorandum of Learning Agreement and the definition of the Corporate Trainer Profile aligned with a pre-defined ECVET system for validation and accreditation. Training Course Development: A complete training course, designed as a 'backpack,' included training materials, lesson and training plans, assessment tools, and a guide for corporate trainers to enhance their e-leadership skills and digital competencies. Online Learning Environment Configuration: This environment engaged trainers in the learning process, fostering skill acquisition and long-term retention. Network Establishment: A wide network was established inside and outside the partnership to develop DigiREACT synergies through a common community tailored to the needs of project enthusiasts and labor market trends. Horizontal Project Activities: Included the Project Quality Plan, Sharing Promotion, Piloting, and Exploitation plans, which facilitated the project's horizontal activities, establishing its impact and providing top-quality results. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Agreement Elaboration: Ensured the project's exploitation. Organization of Multiplier Events: These events raised awareness about the project results and invited participants to piloting activities, along with the execution of a final conference serving as an exploitation seminar. Execution of a Learning, Teaching & Training Activity: A 3-day activity served as a training and validation workshop among partner staff members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to deliver proper training in their countries. These activities were designed to seamlessly integrate, ensuring the project's success in meeting its aims of enhancing digital competencies and supporting the digital transformation of the VET training landscape.

The Remote Worker Training Back Pack, developed as a comprehensive guide for corporate trainers, is designed to enhance e-leadership skills and digital competencies, addressing the evolving needs of the modern, hybrid business environment. The backpack is structured into three main parts: • Theoretical Section: This part focuses on increasing e-leadership skills and digital competencies, examining e-leadership at both micro (e-leader’s skills and leading virtual teams) and macro (organizational skills) levels. It covers a range of digital competencies including data literacy, communication and teamwork through ICT tools, creative digital content creation, problem-solving skills, and online safety, aligning with the Digital Competence Framework 2.0 and EU legal framework regarding AI. • Practical Section: Offers hands-on guidelines for implementing the theoretical knowledge, with case studies and success stories to illustrate real-life application of the skills taught. • Assessment Section: Includes structured lesson and training plans to allow trainers to tailor their training to learners' needs, with assignments and activities designed for self-reflection and skill assessment. All materials developed for the backpack are made available in digital format as Open Educational Resources (OERs), ensuring they are freely accessible, downloadable, and reusable.
