Objectives: Attract and widen access for newcomers, less experienced organizations, and small-scale actors to Erasmus+ through a comprehensive Manual. Support the inclusion of target groups with fewer opportunities by integrating the new platform into the Mobility tool. Promote active European citizenship and bring the European dimension to the local level with a comprehensive manual and MOOC. Increase the quality and efficiency of project execution by developing a centralized platform with the necessary tools. By achieving these objectives, we contribute to the program's policy priorities of inclusion, diversity, and promoting Erasmus+ among all citizens and generations.
▶Impact
Induction Manual: The project developed an induction manual created by Hub Nicosia. This manual serves as a comprehensive resource for onboarding new small-scale organizations, especially those serving marginalized communities, located in remote or rural areas, or facing similar challenges. The manual includes awareness materials, guidelines, best practices, and success stories. It provides concise pointers and explanations, designed to engage users without overwhelming them. Application for Utilizing and Combining Tools: Another outcome of the project is the development of an application designed to utilize and combine the necessary tools for small-scale organizations. Virsabi, a partner in the project, created a software "design" and description for this new platform. The application underwent testing in the UX testing activity to ensure user-friendliness and effectiveness. The platform serves as a practical training ground for organizations to familiarize themselves with the tools before engaging with official EU platforms. Once organizations become active in projects, the application/tool helps them stay organized and track their tasks and requirements efficiently, enabling them to remain on top of their responsibilities.
