Boosting the employability of Europeans young through the STARTKNOW Platform

The objectives set for STARTKNOW have been: - To increase the employability of young adults through the non-formal education we provide. - To establish collaborations with expert partners to gain intangible benefits that enhance our skills as trainers. - Develop an e-learning platform that covers the main topics for young people to educate themselves. - Collaborate with a target group that allows us to improve our actions through their feedback and, at the same time, measure their increased knowledge.

Several tangible and intangible results were obtained. Among the tangible results, the STARTKNOW Platform was developed (free access from www.startknow.eu) and several tutorials were created and made available for download from the project website. In addition, the competences of the focus groups worked with during the project were improved. In terms of intangible results, these were manifested in the participants who developed the project. These participants were able to improve their own competences by learning from the tasks carried out by the other partners, thanks to the complementarity of the three partners.
