The main objective of the project was to improve the methodological skills of language teachers through collaboration between teachers from Spain and Finland. To achieve this, four training activities were carried out aimed at teachers from both countries. In addition, promoting collaboration among the participants based on common values, civic commitment and active participation was sought. The aim of the training activities carried out was to involve as many teachers as possible in the project so that the impact would be greater and its repercussion in the classroom deeper. The Finnish partners, with their extensive experience in language teaching and learning, were a valuable support. For its part, the IES Albert Einstein, as a collaborating center, facilitated access to the Erasmus program and had the opportunity to learn from the Finnish educational system. On the other hand, Spanish Institute wanted to continue learning from both partners and contributing to the improvement of language teaching and learning.

Bonds of collaboration and a constructive and enriching dialogue were established between the participating teachers, which will allow them to continue working together in the future. In 2023 two teachers are going to take their students to different places in Spain. The Finnish teachers who participated in activities 1 and 4 expressed satisfaction with the course. I had provided them with ideas to improve their way of working and some were already implementing them. In activity 2, the vision of education in Finland has provided us with unexpected reflections. We thought that the topics would revolve around Pedagogy and Methodology, and in part this has been the case, but it has also touched on organizational issues, general approaches to education, which come from inside and outside the classroom. Activity 3 was so successful that the CEP of Seville asked us to carry out a new course in autumn to which 73 teachers signed up. We do not record the information here because that would mean a 5th activity which was not planned in the project. Happy to have supported so many teachers.
