Our concrete objectives have been: 1. Concrete the needed essential core competencies of this target group to facilitate their incorporation or return to the professional qualification path and their transition to the labor market in a competencies mapping useful for include in any adult learning training offer 2. Improve the of adult training and VET for our target group with a transversal module to combat the personal situation that generates discrimination towards them in the classroom and later at work through a pedagogical guide for adult learning professionals with the contents and resources needed. 3. Help the transition and maintenance of GBV victims in the labor market with a guide for the incorporation of victims of gender violence and to know how to act correctly when the woman victim is a person from the organization. It is about giving you the greatest coverage and support and minimizing the fear of losing your job. The project followed the implementation of this result, a curriculum of communication and social skills module through digital tools for GBV victims' development from a national and a transnational point of view, using information and data collected through research.

From the activity (A1): Carry out an analysis to specify the core competencies mainly communication social skills, and digital literacy for this target group and for the established goals, the outputs are: 1.
