Objectives

The general objective of the TELONAMAN+ project is to promote the culture of Collaborative Innovation to increase the key competencies and soft skills of adults, especially women and vulnerable groups, in the EE sector. Specific objectives: SO1: Facilitate new training itineraries that improve participative leadership capacities to be more resilient and capable of adapting to changes and uncertainty. SO2: Promote female leadership through specific methodologies for their empowerment within the field of EE. SO3: Sensitize and train social economy entities as key agents to promote new opportunities within EE through participatory environmental leadership. SO4: Promote future-oriented learning opportunities for the most vulnerable groups, creating an inclusive virtual living-lab that promotes equality and equity. SO5: Promote the culture of collaborative innovation through new technologies to respond to the challenge of the ecological transition and contribute to the development of European coastal regions.

Activities

A1: Coordination and management In this activity, the coordination and management of the project was carried out, including the planning of activities, the assignment of responsibilities and the monitoring of progress. A2: Dissemination and exploitation of results This activity focused on the dissemination and use of the project results. Communication and dissemination actions were carried out to publicize the activities, achievements and products generated. A3: Development of environmental, participatory and inclusive leadership for the ecological transition It involved the creation of a specific education and training program that would promote the acquisition of skills and competencies necessary to lead the transition towards an ecological economy and the development of a female empowerment methodology that would encourage the active participation of the actors involved, paying special attention to the inclusion of vulnerable groups. A4: Living lab of collaborative EE projects for the ecological transition In this activity, a virtual Living Lab of collaborative projects in the field of EE was created to promote the ecological transition to allow interaction and collaboration between the participants.

Impact

R1: 1 training itinerary: A training itinerary was developed that will provide the necessary skills and competencies for participatory environmental leadership in the context of the ecological transition. R2: 1 Pedagogical methodology for female empowerment: A pedagogical methodology for female empowerment in participatory environmental leadership was designed that will provide specific tools and approaches to strengthen women's leadership. R3: 1 training activity for key agents of the Social Economy (ES): A training activity was carried out with the aim of transferring the training itinerary and the pedagogical methodology developed. R4: 1 Virtual Inclusive Living Lab of EE: A virtual Living Lab was created that will promote collaborative innovation and ecological transition in the field of EE to collaborate, experiment and develop projects related to EE, promoting inclusion and participation from various groups. R5: 3 local pilot projects: Three local pilot projects were implemented in Spain, Italy and Portugal with the aim of testing and evaluating all the products developed under the Project and adapting them to specific local contexts.
