Summary

The project is conceived as a tool to promote and revive entrepreneurship in the agri-food sector in rural areas, through the digital training of people and the exchange of good practices, facilitating the learning of business management contents specifically adapted to agribusiness, handicraft and local goods production by improving their competitiveness within the labour market through modernisation and networking.

Objectives

Therefore, the project objectives have been achieved following specific priorities: - Common values, civic engagement and participation: the project has relied on active citizenship and ethics in lifelong learning; it has fostered the development of social and intercultural competences and critical thinking. Social and civic engagement has also been prioritised through non-formal learning activities in order to improve employability and networks in rural areas; - Improving the availability of high quality learning opportunities for adults: this priority provides support for the creation and development of flexible learning offers tailored to the learning needs of adults by developing digital training opportunities through non-formal learning; - Creating upskilling pathways, improving accessibility and increasing participation in adult education: this priority aims to promote adult education opportunities, in particular for adults with low levels of skills, knowledge and competences. The creation of new upskilling pathways should enable adult learners to improve their key competences and progress to higher qualifications.

Activities

Complementary work under this priority includes the development of guidance as a service to ensure that adults have access to relevant lifelong learning, the improvement of skills identification and screening, the design of tailored learning offers and the development of effective outreach, guidance and motivation strategies.

Impact

The concrete result of the project has been an online training platform with which we can help our entrepreneurs start their process to create the company. https://campusgeinnovaikigai.com/login/index.php?c=_ruraljumpstart https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZZKptQwMZ2n-xKjJVD-MPbsMQIjfaqBk/view?usp=sharing
