▶Objectives
- Encourage and promote women's sports under conditions of real equality, as an underrepresented group, offering improvement strategies in school physical education. - Develop innovative teaching-learning processes, taking into account the reasons for practice and possible abandonment of extracurricular activities of a physical-sports nature in girls and adolescents. - Influence the promotion of role models of female athletes as a tool for empowering girls from their first contact with school sports. - Promote the use and management of ICTs in relation to the sports field, offering innovative digital tools with educational content and quality evaluation systems that improve physical education, especially in the female field. - Improve coordination between teaching and non-teaching staff as a strategy to offer more effective, inclusive and sustainable sports education.
