▶Objectives
The wine sector cannot be left behind, so it is necessary to identify which sustainable competences are most relevant to it and therefore develop comprehensive training that allows workers in the sector to gain the identified knowledge, skills and aptitudes. The aim was also to provide personalized training to the sector's workforce, both those working in the winery and in the field, in accordance with the skills gaps identified and making the required training available to them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In doing that, we have aimed to raise awareness of the impact of climate change on wine production, not forgetting other agricultural industries, by improving the environmental literacy of rural communities.
