By implementing this project, our main objective was to enhance the skills and inclusion of young people facing early school leaving through innovative approaches. We aimed to develop intercultural training methodologies and mutual understanding, fostering trust and acceptance of diversity. Our goal was to create a collaborative network to share best practices and enhance the socio-professional integration of vulnerable youth, particularly migrants. We sought to strengthen strategic partnerships by promoting the exchange of expertise and experiences among diverse organizations. In essence, our aim was to make a positive impact on the lives of young people while reinforcing the capacities of education and training stakeholders.

Our project has developed innovative training modules, a best practices guide, and established a strong network of partners. We have enhanced the skills of participants and young people facing early school leaving, boosting their confidence and employment prospects. Through an effective dissemination strategy, we have raised awareness among a wide audience and inspired other organizations to adopt similar approaches. Our tangible achievements bear witness to our ongoing commitment to inclusive education and social inclusion.
