▶Objectives
The main objective was to develop concrete and innovative tools, such as a toolbox introducing mindfulness practices, to help students better manage their emotions, strengthen their resilience and their commitment to themselves, others and the planet. This holistic approach led to the creation of a learning kit (PR2, PR3, PR4) accompanied by support resources in the form of manuals for trainers and students (PR5, PR6). In addition, recommendations and analysis and evaluation reports (PR1, PR7, PR8, PR9, PR10) were drawn up to reinforce the kit, providing a solid basis for its integration into teaching programs, while promoting collective awareness of climate and social challenges.
▶Activities
MP4s implemented: -A European survey (PR1) was carried out to identify students' main challenges and concerns in terms of emotional and mental well-being. -The design and development of a learning kit (PR2, PR3, PR4) included a Mindfulness Toolbox introducing mindfulness practices, an orientation and assessment tool to personalize learning, and the SIT4PLANET syllabus, which links mindfulness to environmental and social themes. -Support resources (PR5, PR6) : the manuals for trainers and students, guiding the integration of these practices into educational environments. -Training (C1 to C6) were organized to test the tools and gather feedback from partners and participants, enabling the deliverables to be adjusted and strengthened. -An evaluation and impact assessment system (PR7) was set up to measure the effectiveness of tools and activities on students and teachers. -A recognition and certification framework (PR8) has been developed to value the skills acquired through mindfulness practices. -Recommendations for higher education institutions and society (PR9, PR10) -Dissemination events were organized to share the project results. These activities, supported by four consortium meetings (TPM) and constant communication.
