Objectives

The aim of the project is for youth workers to become real drivers of change as we identify the need to train youth workers, equip them with the necessary tools to implement and develop activities aimed at young people, such as employment workshops and personalised guidance in order to raise awareness and train young immigrants on the circular economy as an element to improve their employability so that they are trained in new professional profiles. The project aims to exchange innovative practices that prepare young workers to become real drivers of change (learning about and disseminating the circular economy among young people). It also aims to promote the inclusion and employability of young people with fewer opportunities (immigrants), with a special focus on young people at risk of marginalisation.
