_ Strengthen the employability of NEETs through appropriate training, enabling them to discover a world rich in diversified, progressive, rewarding jobs at the heart of action against climate change. Provide tools for youth workers to raise awareness among young NEETs of the opportunities offered by sustainable agricultural professions. _ Develop innovative training that enables young people to acquire basic skills and knowledge in organic and/or environmentally-friendly farming techniques to combat climate change. Increasing the attractiveness of the agricultural sector and ensuring sufficient working capacity for the sustainable development of agriculture in Europe. _ Increase the interest and capacity of farmers to welcome and teach young NEETs sustainable agricultural techniques and knowledge. -> Obtaining a positive impact on young people and the agricultural and rural environment, while responding to employment and environmental problems, by creating a bridge between the world of NEETs and agriculture.

Three phases of experimentation were carried out. One in France, one in Italy and one in Serbia. They included the entire training program: course modules, animation, discovery, ecological awareness and orientation workshops, farm visits and presentations by professionals. The 46 participants took part in internships in various agricultural sectors. Assistance and support documents for farmers were produced, to make it easier to set up and welcome young NEETs. Personal development workshops, with an understanding of the notions of transversal and transferable skills. Orientation workshops: discovery of the diversity of possible jobs in agriculture, job interview scenarios. Creation of an agricultural internship search platform. Training for farmers participating in the projects was carried out on the basis of documents created for them. A “journey into agriculture” day with 8 jobseekers, including a viewing of the propagri module, a visit to the workshops and an introduction to tractor driving. Agriculture discovery day in collaboration with ANEFA, attended by 10 representatives of structures supervising NEETs. _Regular testing of content created for Nivot students, assimilable to the target audience.

The creation of strong links with our local partners. A pedagogical framework that has been tested in practice over the duration of the project, refined for the needs of NEET young people, and is adaptable to other initiatives in the field. Training materials The training content was developed in the form of modules that were tested and improved during the course of activities in the partner countries . Connection platform A platform has been set up on the PROPAGRI website to publish internships and jobs for a target audience. Functionalities enable the offer to be fine-tuned to ensure that the farmer has candidates compatible with his or her level, skills and desire for development. _ Training activities 46 young NEETs were trained in the theoretical and practical content of PROPAGRI 15 farmers were trained in how to welcome and supervise young people on internships, and in the legal and institutional arrangements for their implementation; In France, experiments have been carried out on a regular basis with students and people returning to work.
