Raising awareness and increasing knowledge among entrepreneurs, HR managers, and leaders of SMEs and micro companies, as well as key stakeholders, for recognizing Neurodiversity as a valuable asset in contemporary business. Understanding the strengths and unique perspectives of neurodivergent employees can lead to innovation, improved problem-solving, and a more inclusive work culture, also preventing skills shortage. Championing regular data collection on Neurodiversity in the workplace, particularly in SMEs, following the inclusive practices already adopted in education for neurodivergent students. Such data will help drive informed decisions on workplace inclusion. Equipping business leaders and staff with the right competencies, strategies, and tools to promote and value Neurodiversity. This will help prevent discrimination, ensure the wellbeing of neurodivergent employees, and enhance the overall performance and inclusivity of organizations. Generating evidence on the positive impact of valuing Neurodiversity in SMEs in order to advocate for policies that highlight the contributions of neurodivergent individuals, ensuring them to have a say and that their talents are fully valued in the workplace.
