▶Objectives
This project aims to modernize career guidance across Europe by training a new generation of 'European Innovators in Career Guidance.' Project Goals: • Develop and implement innovative training and learning approaches for career guidance professionals. • Equip these professionals with the skills and knowledge to support individuals in navigating evolving career paths. • Foster a European network of innovative career guidance professionals. Innovative Career Guidance Approach: •Focus on 4 key elements: o Reflect: Self-awareness, self-reflection, and finding personal purpose (IKIGAI). o Grow: Lifelong learning, skill development, and cultivating a growth mindset. o Go Outside: Exploring job market opportunities, building networks, and understanding global trends. o Manage & Evolve: Career management, navigating transitions, and developing resilience. Target Beneficiaries: • Direct: Career counselors, coaches, VET trainers, teachers, employment service staff, HR professionals, and other educators • Indirect: Workers, students, NEETs, unemployed individuals, and anyone seeking to improve their employability Project Outcomes: • A pool of highly skilled 'European Innovators in Career Guidance' in a network • Open Educational Resources

ACTIVITIES: • Two-Tiered Approach: 1. Train the Trainers: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for career guidance professionals. Equip trainers with resources and materials for effective guidance delivery. 2. Equip the Trainers: Create and test resources addressing unemployment, upskilling, and reskilling needs. Develop and implement effective communication and dissemination strategies. GUIDING PRINCIPLES: • Knowledge-Inspiration-Action Framework: o Emphasizes practical application and tested outcomes. o Focus on innovation and effective implementation. • Key Activities: o Intensive Testing: Peer-learning sessions, local workshops, stakeholder involvement. o Research & Contextualization: Explore national contexts, policies, and best practices. o Post-COVID-19 Guidance System: Develop strategies to address the pandemic's impact on the job market. o Evidence-Based Training: Utilize scientific principles and best practices in counseling and occupational psychology. o Digital Toolkit Development: Create user-friendly digital resources for innovative career guidance. o Open Educational Resources (OER) Creation: Develop and disseminate high-quality OER in multiple languages. o Professional Profile Development: Establish a recognized professional profile for 'European Innovators in Career Guidance.' o Networking & Dissemination: Build a strong European network and engage in extensive communication activities. o Quality Management: Implement robust quality control mechanisms and evaluation processes. o Blended Mobility: Utilize a combination of online and in-person activities, including transnational meetings and intensive training events.
