We have achieved significant results after the completion of the project. The project aimed to guarantee students the acquisition of useful skills to be successful in the 21st century. The project was of relevant quality at all levels. Not only students, but also families had the possibility to improve their language skills, increase cultural and social awareness, become more active participants in school and community life. The programmed objectives, such as motivation to study, the strengthening of one's self-esteem and the increase in one's ability to overcome the difficulties encountered at school have been achieved. In the classroom we also noticed increased student motivation, a development of creative competence, critical thinking and problem solving skills of students and teachers; all have collaborated in the construction of the common good by expressing personal opinions and developing personal ways of exercising civil coexistence, self-awareness and respect for diversity.

The project activity saw the participation of all the partner schools, with the setting up of an Erasmus corner in the various campuses, and was accompanied and constantly followed by dissemination activities online and through the media with press invitations and the publication of articles. We have organized dissemination activities, such as meetings with parents, with students, photographic exhibitions, events such as Code week, International Language Day, Erasmus Day, eSafety Day - the Kite Festival, artistic performances, Christmas greetings. We have carried out activities capable of spreading and sensitizing public opinion at a local level. The certificate ceremony was organized in a timely manner to give the event maximum publicity, involving the mayor of the city, teachers, parents and regional Erasmus ambassadors. The quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the activities were constantly monitored through: quizzes, satisfaction questionnaires, presentations, best practices with teachers from other schools. The mobility activities saw alternating creative workshops on the themes envisaged by the project.

The activities fostered inclusion, well-being, collaboration and problem solving. The key element of the collaboration was availability. All participants had to sacrifice parts of their ideas and adopt others to get results for the success of the various proposed workshops. This meant understanding the idea of ​​a "greater good," which in this case was academic success. In most of the activities not only the students were involved, but also their parents, teachers from other schools and the local community. Communication was a requirement for any proposed activity. It was imperative that students learned how to effectively convey their ideas to others. This was the starting point for eliminating confusion in carrying out an assignment, which made students valuable parts of their teams. Effective communication is always seen as one of the most underrated transversal skills. Instead for us teachers in this project communication played a fundamental role, a very important fact.
