The implementation of the 'Transversal cultural experiential skills' project aims at several objectives: - Protect national and European culture, - To transmit the experiential culture to the new generations, - Make students more responsible for shared culture, - Strengthen the understanding and awareness of being citizens of the European Union, - Engage young people actively in European democratic life, - Create a single model of experiential training that allows young people to manage their lives by interacting effectively with others and with society, - Encourage cooperation between the cultural institutions of the various countries, - Promote the mobility of young people. Through topics that come from the cultural heritage sector, students will learn communication skills with innovative methodologies, skills, notions and rules will be welded in the minds of young people through sensory experiences. In particular, priority will be given to the pursuit of the following objectives: - improve communication skills aimed at creating added value to the skills that young people learn in schools in order to prepare them for entry into the world of work, - encourage interest in safeguarding cultural heritage as an opportunity to collaborate, investigate and reflect, - implement digital skills and competences, - create and test a new professionalizing didactic model for students on the 'experiential fruition' of a 'cultural asset'.

The activities that we intend to develop with this project will be: - analysis of the situations in the 'culture' sector in Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic - collection, analysis and evaluation of the collected data - Creation of tools for surveys and assessments on the perception that young people have of cultural heritage and to be able to protect and enhance it and on the transversal skills that young people possess - collection, analysis and evaluation of data and participatory and shared reconstruction of a model for the development of transversal cultural experiential skills - creation of the innovative educational experiential path: a. definition of education, training, awareness and communication methodologies (storytelling) b. design of e-learning content (the territory, cultural heritage, needs, methods to preserve and revitalize it, communication and dissemination tools, management methods) c. creation of monitoring and evaluation questionnaires and quizzes - creation of an interactive e-learning technological infrastructure, aimed at recognizing the soft skills possessed, putting them to the test, developing new ones and promoting a shared strategy - development of organizational and strategic management tools that will help target students to effectively promote their soft skills - Kit for the development of key transversal experiential cultural skills, which will transform passive learning into experiential one and will accompany students in the development of their soft skills, especially enhancing the cultural and creative part. Through interactive methodologies, such as storytelling, students will actively learn what communication skills are and will experience on a product or asset the power that words and communication can have to create innovation and added value. - experimentation of the model in a pilot group - creation of the final publication 'A new path for the development of soft skills: the experiential cultural heritage' - monitoring and evaluation of activities - dissemination of results

The main project results that we intend to achieve with this project will be the following: R1 - Initial dossier on the situation of the 'culture' sector in Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic 'Transversal cultural european needs dossier' R2 - Tools for surveys and evaluations on the perception that young people have of cultural heritage and how to protect and enhance it and on the development of transversal skills with cultural heritage R3 - Innovative didactic experiential path based on interactive e-learning training techniques and storytelling of topics related to the communications skills of cultural heritage: the territory, cultural heritage, needs, methods to preserve and revitalize it, communication and dissemination tools, methods of management R4 - Kit for the development of key transversal experiential cultural skills, which will transform passive learning into an experiential one and will accompany students in the development of their soft skills, especially enhancing the cultural and creative part. R5 - 'Transversal cultural European e-learning platform', an e-learning technological infrastructure aimed at recognizing the communications skills possessed, testing them, developing new ones and promoting a shared strategy R6 - Organizational management tool for communications skills R7 - Report of the experimentation of the route in Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic R8 - Final publication 'A new path for the development of communications skills: the experiential cultural heritage'
