Based on the 8 MAIN GOALS listed in the Application Form, our project spurred as follows: - PREVENTION: by promoting open communication, a safe environment, and community-wide involvement, all involved stakeholders learnt how to detect and prevent bullying before it starts. This involved teaching bystanders how to intervene, or helping bullied students develop strategies to assert themselves or ask for help. We wanted to foster positive communities and increasing awareness by means of: - COLLABORATIVE APPROACH: engaging students, parents, staff, and stakeholders was crucial for creating a comprehensive anti-bullying strategy. - ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP: all project activities promoted responsible citizenship (taking initiative and being involved) and ethical behavior as part of a lifelong learning process - WIDER COOPERATION in learning through innovative educational methods involving relevant policies and collaboration with educational stakeholders. - Acquisition of SKILLS AND KEY COMPETENCES among students and teachers. To reach our goals it's been crucial to create a set of project results and other tangible outcomes, both in terms of participants' involvement and in term of short and long term dissemination.

The Project Goals were achieved by developing tangible and intangible tools for long-term bullying prevention. The following outputs and results were carried out: LONG TERM: - Tangible Outputs: 4 PRs, a BOOST! website, Social media presence (Instagram and Facebook), Paper brochures and posters in all schools - Updated anti-bullying school policies with innovative tools SHORT TERM: - Visible Results (Short Term): Local/international anti-bullying campaigns, Participatory debates, surveys, and research SHORT/LONG TERM: - Impact on Students: Stronger sense of belonging to the European community, Increased awareness of rights and responsibilities as EU citizens, Improved communication and conflict resolution skills, Higher tolerance and acceptance of differences, Increased use of technology and educational resources, Improved academic performance (especially in English) - Impact on Teachers: More flexible and motivated teaching styles, Enhanced pedagogical tools, higher technology and language skills, Improved teamwork and leadership abilities - Impact on Schools: Positive school climate that discourages bullying, Updated curriculum with cross-curricular activities, Official anti-bullying group for effective implementation, Innovative and engaging teaching methods, Improved staff qualifications and performance, Enhanced school reputation - Impact on Stakeholders: Stronger school-community partnerships, Increased community awareness of EU policies, Wider dissemination of project outputs through the Erasmus+ platform and social media. Overall, this projects will have a lasting positive impact on bullying prevention thanks to the many outputs and results our cooperation carried out and which are already being used by colleagues (inside and outside participating schools) not only for bullying preventing but for student empowerment and teacher development as well. Our campaigns were welcomed in every school community with a deep sense of involvement, and even students not directly participating to mobilities were involved through extra-curricular activities.
