▶Objectives
One of the key reasons for this participation in the proposal is a digital skills gap that adult educators still have after intensive one year digital working. Within this project was developed adult educators' functional (digital) competences focused on andragogical approach and empowered adult educators with practical skills on how to use online tools (for ex.Padlet, Socrative, Mentimeter, Kahoot, Edmodo, Projeqt, Thinglink, TED-Ed, cK-12, eduClipper, Animoto, Edpuzzle, Canva, Quizlet, and others. 1.We have created programme and handbook 2. Implemented training for adult educators' competencies development 3. Created a website with open access for all documents: https://andragogy.eu/
