▶Objectives
The aim of the project is to promote the integration of young people into the public, social, cultural and political life of European countries through multiculturalism. The tasks are to increase the social awareness, citizenship, ecological thinking of the youth, integration into the community of European countries, interest in issues relevant to the European community, creating conditions for participation in international projects. 2. To promote youth initiative, self-expression, increase organizational, communication and cooperation skills, improve foreign language, history, geography, artistic and work IT competences, including in the organization and implementation of project activities. The expected impact is greater activity of young people, more intensive interregional and interstate cooperation of institutions in the fields of education and work with youth. During the project activities, good practices were shared, common values, civic awareness and participation in public-social life were developed. The organization and implementation of the project activities encouraged the active interest of young people in historical, cultural and social events not only in the region, Lithuania, but also in European countries.
▶Activities
During the project we have organize: -meetings with youth coordinators and organizations helping to address issues relevant to young people -educational classes introducing the cultural, historical and natural heritage of the countries participating in the project -creative tasks revealing the importance of national identity and intercultural education -discussions, forums on the topics of globalization, multiculturalism that promote young people's civic awareness, critical thinking, tolerance. A space on Facebook and Google Site was created for the dissemination of project activities, a WhatsApp group for teachers. Surveys "Competences of project participants" and their analysis at the beginning and end of the project were conducted. The project logo was created, virtual exhibitions, discussions, youth forums on the topics of environmental protection, ecology, and sustainability were organized. Create a video to present the activities of schools and student councils, presentations - natural heritage of the regions of the countries participating in the project (Power Point), national costume, about historical events of the countries. Virtual quizzes for young people "What do you know about Lithuania, Romania, Portugal?"
▶Impact
1. 150 representatives of youth organizations participated in the project activities. They gained experience in cooperationwith youth organizations of foreign countries, shared good experiences about the activities of the organizations. 2. 9 coordinators of work with youth shared good experience and will apply it, organizing activities attractive to young people in institutions and in the regions of their countries, their professional competence to act at the international level improved. 3. 18 information units has been placed on the websites of Pasvalis Music School and project partners to publicize the activities carried out during the project. 4. An e-book was created for the dissemination of project activities. Qualitative results of the project: The self-governing school institutions participating in the project established international partnership and carried out international projects, increased the use of digital methodologies, improved the quality of preparation, implementation, monitoring and follow-ups of international projects. The experience gained helped to expand the fields of activity by attracting as many students as possible to participate in non-formal education.
