Objectives

The core objectives of the projects were being responsible users of digital platforms and understand the basics of the Internet safety, enhancing the knowledge of digital technologies for teaching and learning and developing their digital skills in all areas, creating high-quality learning contents, user-friendly tools and secure platforms which respect privacy and ethical standards. Our goals were to make our students be aware of the hazards of the Internet use, use ICT technology appropriately, improve their language competence by interacting with European people, get to know them and integrate with other cultures in order to be European citizens endowed with European core values, get to know new teaching and learning methods and approaches to digital education. We aimed our teachers to search and learn about best practices, new teaching approaches, strategies and methods by using digital tools and use them in the classroom, create high-quality learning content in the digital environment, share best practices with other teachers. We aimed to make our institutions provide safer internet for students and staff, have a better understanding of e-security policies and have a chance to transfer best practices from partner schools.
