The objectives we wanted to achieve were as follows: - to build a partnership of experts to start the positive transformation of the stakeholders who have become more involved into civic processes and have taken more interest in public matters thanks to creating the environment for such actions - to develop a detailed analysis of the present situation in a form of diagnosis which will prepare grounds for future cooperation on a larger scale. - to help to overcome stereotypical way of thinking by organising interesting social activities thus showing them how to speak, act and vote from early age and change the thinking from passive mode into an active one. - to prepare resource materials which will be of great help for educators thus making the educational offer of inclusion and diversity more involving - to enhance awareness of Children’s Rights - to strengthen key competences of the participating youth - to strengthen our communities and bring young people together through collaborative activities after lock down period thus to overcome apathy and trained helplessness typical for small rural towns like ours - to equip teachers and education stakeholders with ideas and materials leading to students’ inclusion and participation

During our project lifetime we implemented the following activities: - We organised 3 international meetings for teachers and educators which were devoted consecutively to: Childrens’ Rights and Personal Entrepreneurship in Proszowice, Poland, Democracy and civic rights in Karditsa, Greece and Equality, Involvement and Participation in Madalena, Pico, Portugal. Each meeting lasted 5 days, gathered 24 participants and was divided into lectures with experts, workshops, presentations and cultural visits in the afternoon. The meetings were finished with Certification ceremony. - We built a strong partnership through face-to-face and virtual meetings - We conducted management activities such as controlling the implementation of the project, conducting surveys of satisfaction, financing the meetings, keeping the track of the planned schedule - We conducted dissemination and communication activities - We prepared resource materials to be used by other educators All activities were implemented in line with the project schedule.

In the course of the project we developed both concrete and soft results. - We opened a website https://erasmusspeakandvote.eu/ to disseminate our project and designed a project logo - We developed a case study of the problem of civic involvement of the youth. We devised a detailed survey for teachers and educator which was to diagnose. The survey was conducted among 132 education stakeholders in all partner schools and education institutions and the results were elaborated in the form of presentations. - Oxford Debate was introduced to schools’ curriculum in each partner region and the video from each debate was recorded - We organised a School Magazine workshops in each partner region for teachers and we had a pilot activity in Greek school - We developed a comparative case study on charities and young people involvement and on entrepreneurship - Teachers enlarged their professional potential and students opened to new ideas and activities thus overcame apathy and lack of interest. All stakeholders broadened perspective on necessity of youth participation and inclusion and developed several soft skills like cooperating with other professionals, experiencing new places and culture
