▶Objectives
The main goal of the project was to raise ecological awareness among employees of 3 industries during 24 months through cooperation between two schools and a non-governmental organization operating in the field of vocational education through - developing a set of examples of pro-ecological behavior in the workplace in the catering, construction and electrical industries based on the knowledge and experience of the project consortium members, - increasing ecological awareness and developing ecological behavior in the workplace, - increasing knowledge in the field of green management, green environment, recycling, paperless and digitalization.

Activities carried out in the project: 1. Creating a set of examples of pro-ecological behavior at work in the catering, construction and electrical industries. 2. Implementation of project activities using ecological methods by partnership members. 3. Development and implementation of an 'ecologically conscious employee' certificate - ecofriendly worker into school practice and the economic environment. 4. Raising the level of the so-called ecological skills by encouraging behavioral changes in the individual preferences and habits of project participants.
▶Impact
As part of the project partners developed: - a collection of examples of pro-ecological behavior at work in the catering, construction and electrical industries based on your current knowledge and experience in this area, - a certificate of 'ecologically conscious employee' was developed - an environmentally friendly employee, - a guide supporting the inclusion of elements of pro-ecological behavior in the activities of project partners. In addition, the partners prepared: - an article and videos showing environmentally friendly behavior in construction and an article that was distributed to schools and construction associations; - a brochure, a poster and a survey were prepared for students on pro-ecological behavior at work in the energy sector, - a series of 10 seminars was organized in vocational schools in the Podlaskie Voivodeship and a competition for a movie about pro-ecological behavior for students promoting pro-ecological principles and behavior in the workplace.
