The results we wanted to achieve with the project are to raise awareness of young people and people working with youth about the latest and most innovative pro-ecological solutions, increase awareness of the use of herbs in cosmetics, cuisine and medicine and the possibility of growing them at home, increase the skills of cooking with herbs, preparing herbal mixtures and herbal cosmetics. By implementing this project, we aimed for growth qualifications of youth workers participating in the workshops, which may translate into the transfer of the information obtained organizations and the young people working with them. Effects that relate to our employees and that we wanted to achieve this: acquiring knowledge about learning styles and methods of working with youth, conducting and implementing projects, managing finances and organizing events, acquiring knowledge of the latest and innovative pro-ecological solutions introduced individually by European countries, using herbs in selected aspects of everyday life, optimal time management, setting priorities and organizing individual and team work, responsibility for assigned tasks conflict resolution methods, development of analytical and task-oriented thinking.
