As part of the "The Choice is Yours" project, our aim was to support LGBTQ+ youth in overcoming societal barriers and shaping unified communication standards. By developing the skills of youth workers and potential employers, we sought to promote equality, justice, tolerance, and civic engagement. In collaborative efforts with Greece, Croatia, and Bulgaria, we organized meetings, training courses, and a concluding conference. Our objectives included raising social awareness, understanding the needs of LGBTQ+ youth, and training and motivating youth workers. Our efforts aimed to improve job offerings for youth, strengthen organizational structures, and enhance the project's visibility at the European level. The target groups encompassed project staff, youth workers, engaged youth, potential employers, and youth organizations. Our actions are intended to have a lasting impact on the environment, creating a space for equality and acceptance in society.
