Objectives

This project is focused on the fostering of the entrepreneurial spirit among VET students, so as to improve their integration in the labour market. This was achieved through the: • Upskilling VET staff and teachers on key entrepreneurial skills and competences (Result 2). • Improvement and update of the operations, procedures and practices of VET institutions, in terms of entrepreneurship, based on the Model Institution, to be developed in EntreVET (Result 1). On this basis, the main objective of the EntreVET project was to create an open and entrepreneurship-friendly environment in VET institutions, which will enable VET students to start new business ventures and start-ups and improve their employment opportunities, within the EU labour market. In order for this objective waa achieved, two specific objectives were set, that cover the two levels of action to be undertaken, during the EntreVET project. The first specific objective was to boost the entrepreneurial skills and competences of VET students. The second one, was to upskill the VET staff and teachers with key entrepreneurial capacities and competences, so as for them to transfer their entrepreneurial skillset to VET students, through their practices and working culture.

Activities

The following activities were implemented during the lifetime of the EntreVET project: •Project Result 1: Design and development of an Assessment Tool of the level of entrepreneurial practices with an embedded Certification Scheme (e-learning platform http://elearning.entrevet.org) •Project Result 2: Design and delivery of the O.E.R. tailored to the entrepreneurial upskilling needs of the VET staff and teachers in VET institutions (e-learning platform http://elearning.entrevet.org) with 70 registered active users. •Project Result 3: Delivery of Policy recommendations (http://entrevet.org/entrevet-policy-recommendations) •Project Management and Implementation: one Kick-off Meeting, three TPMs, one Final Meeting, and SC Meetings organised and successful realised, Project Management, Budget Control and Quality Assurance and Risk Management Handbooks designed, Project G-Drive cre-ated and used, •Dissemination: Project website created and regularly up-dated (Engagements:5 673, Users/Followers: 2970), Linkedin (Engagements: 2412, Users/Followers: 60), facebook profile (Engagements: 2123, Users/Followers: 40), newsletter (Engagements: 1235, Users/Followers: 620) . Local and pro-ject wide on-line and off-line dissemination activities realised (152 actions and 75,665 participants) reached. •Multiplier Events: 4 organised, each one in Belgium, Poland (during the biggest MSP event in Poland called 13th. European Congress of SM-sized Enterprises in Katowice) and Greece, and the Multiplier Event in Brussels at the European Commission as Final Conference. •Learning Teaching and Training Activity for VET Teachers and Staff, organised in Greece.

Impact

The following concrete outputs, deliverables and other results were produced during the EntreVET life-time without using any AI supporting programmes like ChatGPT. All outputs/products are available un-der a common licence CC-BY-SA. Project Result 1: All deliverables are available only in English: • Methodologies / guidelines – Evaluation method and tool. • Research Methodologie. • Synthesis Report (based on 340 on-line questionnaires, 10 in-depth interviews with participation of 10 experts, VET Staff and 7 focus groups with participation of 30 experts, VET Staff) • Assessment Methodology of the Entrepreneurial Capacity of VET Institutions. • Evaluation Mechanism of the Entrepreneurial Capacities of VET Institutions (with a certification scheme on https://elearning.entrevet.org) . Project Result 2: The OER/MOOC e-learning platform is available in English, German, Greek and Polish. All other mentioned documents only in English: • The needs of VET institutions were defined in terms of improving the qualifications of staff and teachers based on the developed and consulted Assessment Tool (Assessment methodology). • Guidelines for training material development” with annexes 1, 2 and 3. • The OER/MOOC: https://elearning.entrevet.org/ with completef trainings materials. • Trainings materials (25 hours in total, 14 modules: ppt, quiz and self-assessment tool), in Eng-lish, Polish, Greek and German. • 15 Business Plans, 15 Business Ideas, Risk Management Plans as incubation results. Project Result 3: • 7 policy recommendations, and finally 10 after the consultation process with selected stake-holders on (http://entrevet.org/entrevet-policy-recommendations) • Final report on policy recommendations. All tangible project results and/or outcomes are up-loaded into the ERASMUS+ Project Results Platform.
