โ–ถSummary

In the digital age, human interaction diminishes, impacting Generation Z (born 1995-2010). As "digital natives," they lack essential soft skills for the modern workplace, hindering employability. ...

โ–ถObjectives

Even in modern workplaces that emphasize purpose, diversity, and work-life flexibility, well-developed soft skills remain crucial. Despite organizational progress, employees need effective teamwork, motivation, and problem-solving abilities. GENQUEST focused on developing these transversal skills, considered basic competences for employability, which Gen Z often lacks. The project aimed to support young learners in acquiring soft skills for sustainable and meaningful employment. WebQuests were chosen for their inquiry-oriented nature, promoting collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving. The format supported the development of key skills while creating authentic learning experiences aligned with Gen Z's interests. By bridging the gap between Gen Z and labor market needs, GENQUEST aims to enhance soft skills, fostering independence in learning and empowering youth for social, civic, and professional success.
