▶Objectives
The overarching aim of the project was to facilitate collaboration among a select group of organizations, fostering an exploration and exchange of best practices. The project sought to spark creativity and envision innovative pedagogical approaches, with the potential outcome of developing a future collective proposal for submission to the EU, specifically focusing on play, creativity and civic participation within adult education. Specific objectives included exploration and experimentation of each others’ various practices, engagement of other stakeholders for the expansion of the consortium, critical reflection on pedagogical approaches, and a nuanced examination of the interplay between the body and learning capacities in the digital educational landscape. Beyond this, the project aimed to establish a cohesive partnership, providing opportunities for personal and professional acquaintanceship. The intention was to explore collaborative methods through the activities implemented to facilitate ongoing exchange and cooperation throughout the project's duration. Moreover, the project sought to encourage creativity and experimentation in educational existing methods in the framework of the partnership.
▶Impact
The project yielded tangible outcomes, notably fostering collaborative work within organizations with different profiles and the exploration of each others’ methods. Key deliverables included organizing an impactful multiplying event in Portugal, a website, and creating and producing 12 podcasts promoted across each partner's networks and available on the EPALE EU platform. Some non expected results of the project were the constitution of more audio material (instead of audiovisual ones) that was also freely available to the audiences on our website with new insights on the topics explored. Furthermore, the project generated valuable experiences for staff, collaborators and local communities, equipping them to adapt to the contemporary demands of education (see survey). The activities organized and shared by the consortium played a pivotal role in understanding how creativity, experimentation and play practices can effectively cater to the evolving needs of both formal and non-formal education settings. Significant achievements were the success of 3º meeting and the implementation of podcasts - a creative and collaborative tool facilitating ongoing exchanges and collective research among partners.
