The project aims to support teachers and students in overcoming challenges related to online schooling, fostering a high-quality educational process in distance learning. The main objective is to equip teachers and students with skills to prevent learning loss and enhance academic results in the online schooling environment. Specific goals include acquiring necessary online teaching/learning skills, raising awareness about effective online schooling strategies, and improving academic outcomes through enhanced online educational activities. The ultimate goal is to ensure students acquire knowledge and develop skills and competencies. Specific objectives involve training students in digital skills, providing teachers with online teaching capabilities, encouraging the use of modern teaching methods and digital tools, facilitating the accumulation of essential digital skills, and ensuring the ease of using digital tools in both online and onsite settings. Successful achievement of these objectives is expected to result in students acquiring curriculum-based competencies, improved academic results, increased learning quality, enhanced attractiveness of educational activities, and heightened student motivation for learning.

The JRC report on COVID-19 reveals that the majority of students experienced online learning for the first time during the pandemic. The research indicates the need for more digital educational resources to improve the efficiency of the virtual classroom. The lack of global coordination has resulted in improvised approaches by teachers, highlighting the urgency of developing digital skills and good practices. Students with special needs faced additional challenges, resulting in learning losses, failure of educational objectives and motivational difficulties. The proposed solution involves implementing dedicated projects to overcome these challenges and enhance the online educational process. Here are some reasons to aplied this project.
