Objectives

The specific objectives of the project that we achieved over a period of 18 months are: - to equip the 9 youth workers from the 3 communities involved in the project with knowledge relevant to their personal life and to improve their social skills, over a period of 18 months. - to foster positive attitudes and relationships towards and choose not to bully or discriminate among youths. - to develop their own resilience and strategies for preventing bullying among youths. - to develop social and integrate abilities to youth workers that could be used to helping young people to be safe from bullying and discrimination. Through the implementation of this project, our overarching objectives were to address the issue of bullying, discrimination, and exclusion among youth in our communities and to create a more inclusive and respectful environment. Specifically, we aimed to achieve the following outcomes: Empower Youth Workers: Our primary objective was to equip 9 youth workers from partner organizations with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively address bullying and discrimination.Foster Positive Attitudes: We aimed to promote positive attitudes and relationships among youths by creating awareness about the negative impac
