O1. To increase the capacity of the participating organizations to respond the training needs of their target groups and provide them free VET specific learning resources O2. To support VET professionals to develop their digital competences, especially in terms of content creation, high quality delivery, ensuring learning engagement O3. To support VET providers build their capacity to respond to digitalization related challenges in the context, by developing competences related to strategic digital development.
โถActivities
The project activities plan foreseen a preparation phase, an implementation phase and a follow-up phase. The preparation phase was dedicated to development of project plans, work plans and contracting procedure. In this phase an online kick-off meeting has also been organized. During the implementation phase, INTRAVET partners developed the 2 main project outputs: R1 VET Digital Readiness Toolkit and Online Community and R2 Digital Competence Training for VET Teachers & Trainers. Three transnational meetings have been organized (Brussels, Pescara and the closing Meeting in Bucharest). During the final months of the project, each partner organized pilot testing sessions and multiplier events. In the follow-up phase, suggestions from participants and target groups have been implemented into the final outputs. Various dissemination activities at local, national and international levels have been organized, ensuring the visibility of the project and Erasmus programme among stakeholders.

INTRAVET produced both tangible and intangible results: Tangible results were: -R1 VET Digital Readiness Toolkit and INTRAVET Network/online community -R2 - Digital Competence Training for VET Teachers & Trainers -Project Website -INTRAVET Network/Online community formed 30 associate partners โ VET providers and VET-relevant organizations, project logo, dissemination materials, press releases, website, tools for, project management/quality assurance, such as Project management plans communication plan, dissemination. The intangible results produced were: Better awareness among VET providers, companies and other relevant actors concerning the importance of VET digitalization measures and their complementarity with digitalization and staff training, improved quality in digital teaching and learning experiences for VET students and VET staff, along with increased financial effectiveness, Increased ownership of digitalization within VET institutions and more staff/VET professionals involved within the digitalization process. More effective use of the already existing European tools and opportunities, improved links and a more integrated approach of international activities, strategic development and staff training.
