The main objectives of the project were: - To raise awareness about the common European problem, especially after pandemic, the disappearance of some occupations leading to a greater number of unemployed people - To develop participants’ knowledge and skills through career guidance strategies and improve their entrepreneurial, practical and transversal skills, making them more adaptable to the times of changes, leading towards employment or starting their own business - To improve participants’ digital and teleworking skills - To foster sustainable international cooperation and networks, partnership between VET providers in order to create a new common strategy for employability and entrepreneurship - To make career guidance course more attractive and efficient to the unemployed people making them interested and dare to become adaptable for the modern requirements of the labor market

For a good management of the project: - project meetings within each team - transnational project meeting - monitoring activities - evaluation of the activities - financial management - every 6 months reports We organized the following training activities: - C1 Short term Staff training “Get ready to step in” The training made participants aware about the common European problem, especially after pandemic, the disappearance of some occupations leading to a greater number of unemployed people and prepared participants to apply intervention measures meant to reduce the unemployment - C2 Short term Staff training “New challenges in After Pandemic Methods of training” The training helped participants to improve teaching skills and methods of trainers involved in the training of unemployed people and taught them to apply intervention measures meant to reduce the unemployment - C3 Blended mobility of learners “START OVER” The training developed participants’ knowledge and skills through career guidance strategies and improved their entrepreneurial, practical and transversal skills that can ultimately lead towards employment or starting their own business - C4 Blended mobility of learners “JOBS FAIR” The training offered participants the opportunity to apply everything they learnt during the project We created the following results: - “A Common International Strategy to Reduce Unemployment for People whose jobs disappeared”. The Created strategy includes a new approach of using methodological, institutional, psychological methods to attract unemployed people who were totally discouraged by the disappearance of the jobs and do not dare to start over by developing new skills and knowledge which helps them adapt also in future. The strategy is being used by VET providers, tested on the participants of the project and shared with other institutions dealing with this category of the unemployed people. Moreover, the strategy can be used by any organization or institution which function in the domain of vocational education and qualification. - Application methodology for the Common International Strategy to Reduce Unemployment for People whose jobs disappeared The methodology is a pedagogical tool for VET providers and trainers to use properly the first created result of the project “A Common International Strategy to Reduce Unemployment for People whose jobs disappeared”. It was structured the same way as the strategy. The methodology is addressed to trainers, mainly, but also to anybody who wants to apply the strategy for activities to reduce unemployment: VET organizations, Adult Educational institutions, Employment Institutions, Vocational Schools and departments, institutions working with unemployed people - A new teaching module for unemployed people In order to guarantee the implementation of the created strategy and to ensure a greater impact of the project to the European level, the project included the realization of a virtual platform, The interactive module can be used not only by unemployed people or organizations working with this category but also by the employers who would like to improve their personnel skills and make them adaptable to the new requirements of the labor market. A SMART JOB application This result is a finalization of the whole effort of the project activities and assures the sustainability and the evaluation of the impact of all created outputs of the project and it helps unemployed people to apply all developed skills and get better opportunity to find job or to help others find a job. We also organized our dissemination during the 5 Multiplier events in partners countries

- 40 project team members; - 4 TPMs organized and 30 team members participated - 2 short-term trainings for staff members organized - 27 participants at the short-term training for staff members; - 2 blended mobilities of learners organized - 36 participants at blended mobilties of learners - 4 instruments to reduce unemployment creared - 50 trainers improved their skills in teaching career guidance and entrepreneurship - Each partner selected 50 unemployed or at risk to get unemployed people, the number which led to the total of 200 participants and direct beneficiaries of the project activities; - 200 participants were informed about the common European problem, especially after pandemic, the disappearance of some occupations all over the Europe; - 200 unemployed participants informed about Erasmus+ Programme recognition tools for non-formal and informal learning as important processes for getting new skills that boost employability - 200 participants improved their digital and other skills adapted to the requirement of the modern labour market - 200 participants developed new skills in entrepreneurship and teleworking; - 5 partner VET organizations adapted their methods to the new requirement of the labour market through creating a new common effective international strategy to tackle this category of unemployment people and applying this strategy all together to reduce the unemployment in their areas and though in the EU. - 200 unemployed participants informed about Erasmus+ Programme recognition tools for non-formal and informal learning as important processes for getting new skills that boost employability - 5 Multiplier Events organized - 200 people attending the multiplier events; - 40 informed stakeholders invited at the multiplier events; - 40 informed representatives of local authorities invited at the multiplier events; -1 website of the project created - at least 1000 website visitors; - at least 1000 unemployed people using the new created application to find employment
