Objectives

The InC Project aimed to cultivate an innovation culture within SMEs, focusing on those in low and no-tech sectors, with the following core objectives: 1. Develop Tools for Innovation Culture: To create practical tools and methodologies for SMEs to foster an environment that supports innovation. 2. Enhance Innovation Management Competencies: To equip SME managers with the skills needed to implement and sustain an innovation culture. 3. Promote Employee Engagement: To encourage a participatory approach to innovation, involving employees at all levels in ideation and decision-making. 4. Facilitate Knowledge Exchange: To provide platforms for sharing insights, successes, and best practices among SMEs and stakeholders. 5. Strengthen SME Innovation Capacity: To enhance the ability of SMEs to develop innovative products, services, and business models. 6. Ensure Sustainable Impact and Scalability: To ensure the project's tools and methodologies have a lasting impact and can be scaled beyond the project's duration. Through these objectives, the InC Project sought to transform SMEs into more innovative, competitive, and sustainable entities within the European market.
