The InC Project aimed to cultivate an innovation culture within SMEs, focusing on those in low and no-tech sectors, with the following core objectives: 1. Develop Tools for Innovation Culture: To create practical tools and methodologies for SMEs to foster an environment that supports innovation. 2. Enhance Innovation Management Competencies: To equip SME managers with the skills needed to implement and sustain an innovation culture. 3.
